INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RECEIVE TANGLES & REPORT


Note, Before Contacting Customers Need To Check Travel Time And Add 10 – 15 Minutes Deduct.
For example: Travel time is 25 Minutes + 15 Minutes Depreciation will be reported to guests as:
(Yes, I will be at my address in about 40 minutes.)
For Random Staff Tickets Need to Report Are:
-Yes, hello! I will contact you to confirm the address where you ordered the massage at ID MASSAGE and let me know the travel time. My address is: 72 Le Thanh Ton, district….. is that right? I will be at your address in about 40 minutes. Please keep an eye on your phone for me. When I get there, I’ll call you.
For Tickets Select Staff To Report Are:
-Yes, hello! I am the code … I will contact you to confirm the address where you booked the massage at ID MASSAGE and let me know the travel time. My address is: 72 Le Thanh Ton, district….. is that right? I will be at your address in about 40 minutes. Please keep an eye on your phone for me. When I get there, I’ll call you.
The code you fill in is the code that the ID gives you. If it is a RANDOM ticket, you do not need to fill in the code.


Need to Confirm the Number of Minutes with the Customer Before Proceeding
Confirmation In Cases Customers Have Chosen 60, 90 or 120 MINUTES OF MASSAGE:
(Yes, I chose the time package of 90 minutes, right?)
Confirmation In Cases Customers Have Not Selected the Number of Minutes for MASSAGE:
(Yes, which time package should I choose? We have time packages of 60 – 75 – 90 and 120 minutes)
Note: If the customer changes the number of minutes, you need to notify the ID, so the ID will conveniently receive the next customer for you.

After finishing, you need to report back to ID, so that ID can conveniently receive guests and schedule appointments for you.
SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS
– ID will send customer information via zalo to the KTV
NOTE:
SEND IDDRESS – TUA INFORMATION
ID only uses 1 unique ZALO to coordinate customers to you. ID only sends information via ZALO.
ID does not use any strange sim / strange phone numbers to contact staff or send packages via sim.
CALL
ID only uses the Hotline number to contact you or the officially published number at ZALO.
SERVICES
ID provides healthy services, so there will never be a case of contacting private staff or texting to ask if they can do that service. Because recently there have been a lot of people impersonating call IDs and sending addresses, even asking sideline service staff. Be careful if you encounter the above situation.
